Collected this Ranger Easimow this morning 30 minutes from home, designed and manufactured by E. F Ranger around 1953 later manufactured by British Anzani and followed by the Lawn rider in around 58.
Quick look over and the engine turns over with good compression, hand brake works, throttle cable doesn't seem to do much, and the dropping cutting cylinder is stuck in the up position. When I get around to bringing it home to rejuvenate, I'm sure I'll have some head scratching questions for the club members but for now, it's in storage safe and sound. It's by far the most complicated mower I've got so I'll have to put my mechanics head on to understand the full workings. Ticked off the wish list as I've always dreamt of owning one.
