Ransomes Ajax Mk3 query with patina finish

New project coming up in the shape of another Ajax. This will be kept as is but stripped, cleaned and sharpened. I'm also going to see after a deep clean how a patina finish will look. The plan for this mower is for the beginning and end of cutting season when the ground may not be ideal and I wont want my 'show's mower out there.

Something I would like to change is the height adjuster, it's a nut and bolt on the Mk5 but thumb turn on the Mk3? I've looked at the parts schematic and cant actually see it on the Mk3. What is the part called so I can see if any are available?

Thank you, i mistook it for being a more accurate height adjuster. Thought i may have been able to improve upon my Mk5.
