How old is my auto certes

Hi all.As a new member, i find myself trying to find the club department relating to manufacture date.I have landed here on the off chance.I have recently acquired  an Auto Certes Mk3 with the reg numberCF689.A Villiers Mk 7/1 is used with the number 258C  212.

Could anyone advise what year the mower is and whether the Villiers engine is the original motor ?
