Hello Everybody. I am a new member. I have a Greens Multum in Parvo mower in need of restoring. I have started work and so far it is going well.

Does anybody know of the a source for the correct paint? Mine machine seems to ne mainly a light green and red with gold for the lettering.

Can I buy spares if I need them?

Hello and welcome to the Old Lawnmower Club, you may have explored this site already but incase you have not found it the link above should take you to a section of the OLC site containing a profile of your mower that may be of help to you.

http://www.oldlawnmowerclub.co.uk/technical/colour/greens-pre-1930

Also contained within the technical help section is a page listing known mower colours the link above should take you to the pre 1930 recommendation which hopefully will be your mower if not the the later mowers are listed as John Deere green.

Re sources of spare parts i would think that you may struggle there but hopefully another member may know better on that question, my suggestion would be to contact the British Lawnmower Museum at Southport to see if they are able to help or to phone around the contacts listed within the spares section of the technical help pages.
Good luck in your project and look forward to seeing some pictures,
Ray.
