Help with identification

Good evening, is anyone able to identify the manufacturer of this mower and give an idea of its age please? I can't see any manufacturer's name or markings and the only words present are those on the wheels 'British Manufacture'. The distance between wheels is 12 inches and cutting width is 10 inches approximately.
