Hi, New Grassbox arrived safely today, the item to restore or not to restore is very thought provoking and I am sure that many of us share similar opinions when it come to the balance between  restoring or preservation.

 Ray, yes I agree, and it's something I've written about in the past in the magazine and on this site. I also liked the new section on members seeking advice for their restoration projects and I'm sure that some of the content can be used on the web, in these forums, and information from here used in the Grassbox.

Hello Keith, yes I tend to agree re including the help/advice section on the forum,  especially if it encourages participation from our more specialist members. My experiences with mowers and engines tends to lean towards the more modern machines so my knowledge of older machines is very patchy when it comes to technicalities.
