Flexa

I have been looking for a good Flexa for a long time. I would have been very happy with a 12 or 14 inch but have been very fortunate to find this huge 18 inch version with box. Not only is it the very desirable largest size it is also the best original condition example I have ever seen. I initially thought the chain to the box was retro fitted by a previous owner but have since found out they all seem to have this fitted. ( thanks Clive ) The chain does hold the box off the ground. The box sides are mahogany,  how decadent !  Not the rarest mower but nonetheless I love it's very Art Deco style ( it should be in the V&A Museum for its design) I will showcase this mower at a later date giving more info about the company , history etc. I hope you all feel this is a worthy exhibit in the virtual rally. I love it !
