BSA engine identification

Hi,

I am looking at purchasing a BSA engine which I believe is referred to as a BSA BCD and was used for garden machinery like lawn mowers, rotavators.  Does anyone have any info about these engines. What carburettor does it have.  It may be an Amal but I'm not sure which one.
