Can anyone identify this Victa mower? Images were sent by a non-member who needs some basic general advice for a restoration...

Looks to me to be a Mulchmaster 550 deck with a Honda GCX four stroke fitted to it. The redundant fuel tank on the handles point to its having a two stroke engine originally.
