Electronic ignition.

Hi,  I have purchased an electronic Ignition module for small engines to replace the points and condenser on my Ransomes Twenty-Four.   Its suitable for 2 leg and 3 leg ignition coils mine is three, however its not suitable for flywheels with multiple magnets. Is mine multiple or is that one large magnet? please see photo.

Thank you for reading this

I’m guessing that your Twenty Four has Villiers F15 engine.  I’ve just sold my late Dad’s Twenty Four that’s been fitted with a Meco module and running with it quite happily for about the last twenty years.

Its a F15 engine and I have purchased the item below, so I'll be giving it a try.

Thanks again

That’s what is usually marketed as a Nova. A bit more bulky than a Meco making it unsuitable for some internal installations but will be fine or either internal fitting where space permits, equally suitable fo external mounting.
