Haven't ever discovered purpose of jet adj screw on fhc 20.13 Dellorto.No ref to it in B 14 handbook.Is there a proper setting?20.11 carb with fixed jet is adequate as replacement.

The one fuel adjusting screw on that Dellorto is basically for the idle / slow running mixture but if you have a dodgy carb opening it up can sometimes help with fast running but not really a substitute for a proper clean. Way back there was an adjustable main jet kit that replaced the bowl nut and was standard figment in some applications and a get out of trouble one in others!
