LAWNMOWER CHALLEGE!

Would anyone like to examine my 2 stroke lawnmower and say exactly why it is not working properly and then fix it?  They can stay 3 nights free of charge in my airbnb in the Brecon Beacons National Park.  I will provide a pipe, 2 tins of tobacco, a magnifying glass and a deer stalker hat.  All the suggestions on the forum have not worked, I have asked everyone in the universe who might know without success and I have run out of ideas.
