1831-04-07 John Ferrabee Will
John Ferrabee made his will April 7th, 1331. After several specific bequests he gave, devised and blueathed: All the rest residue and remainder of his real and Personal Estate unto Edwin Beard Budding, his heirs an assigns upon trust to manage sell exchange or otherwise alter any pert or parts thereof as therein mentioned until his youngest surviving son should attain the age of 21 years and than upon trust to convert all his trust estate into money if necessary in order to make a just division thereof between his wife and children, giving to one child as such inall as to another and to his wife not less than twice the share of any one of his children. He directed that the share of a child who should die under the age of 25 years without lawful issue should form part of the trust estate to be divided as above, and that any sum or sums advanced to establish any child before the final division should be reckoned as part of the share of such child.
