THE REGISTERED IMPROVEMENT renders unnecessary the great care requisite in the handling of these machines on the old plan; all that is now required can be done BY ANY UNSKILLED LABOURER, who has only to push the machine before him. The Registered adjustment insures a clean and perfectly level cut of any required height, and prevents the knives from cutting into the soil, however uneven the ground may be.
