The Zoological Gardens, Regent's Park. - Nov. 1. These gardens have been greatly enlarged during the summer, and several handsome new structures erected. We have seen the mowing-machine tried; and, not-with- standing the wetness of the grass and roughness of the surface, it acted admirably well. It is clear to us that the same machine, on a large scale, would mow clover and rye-grass; and, on a still larger scale, cut corn. Whether it would equal Mr. Bell's, or one now constructing in the neighbourhood of Stirling, which we heard of when in Scotland, is a different thing.
