MESSRS DANIEL SMITH and SON will OFFER for public SALE, at the Mart, in MARCH or APRIL next (unless acceptable offers shall be previously made by private contract), the valuable PERPETUAL AD- VOWSON, with right of next presentation to the living of Woodchester, of the annual value of about 3907.; the in- cumbent nearly 70; the population about 900. Also the advowson of Frocester, the incumbent of which is about 47: population about 350. There is a desirable and pleasantly aituate parsonage to each, with some valuable glebe.
