Updates To Editing Pages

We have updated the content editor used by the site today. The appearance of editing pages (eg when you add a forum topic, add a comment, or post a classified advert etc) will look slightly different but will otherwise work as before. Updating the editor allows us to add new features and functions to help users create their posts.
