If you send a cheque, please write your membership number on the back. You can find your membership number on the email we sent you about renewing your membership.

Please also use this address if you want us to sign and update your membership card. This is optional and not necessary to continue your membership. However, if you do send us your membership card please also enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope so that we can send it back to you. 

If you do not want to pay now simply return to the rest of the site. Although we will still receive your application form we will not process your membership renewal until payment has been confirmed.
