Dear reader,

I tried to buy some Webb parts from eBay and the trader in question ran into a brick wall with eBay. eBasy says that that exporting to the EU (The Netherlands) requires an EPREL certificate.
The trader cannot change the items to export to the EU without this requirement.
Of course this is ridiculous, it is not needed for second hand lawnmower parts from the 80's.It is intended so that eBay has an easy life.
Anyhow, a solution could be to send the parts to a private person in the UK, who then sends them on to me, as a private person.
Is there anyone who could help me?
