Alec Hillyar

Alec has been interested in mowers and agricultural machinery for as long as he can remember. He joined the club in 1990 and was one of our first members. In addition to a large collection of mowers Alec also has a number of vintage tractors and classic vehicles. Having served on the committee for many years he took on the additional role of secretary at the AGM in 2013.

Responsibilities include:

• arranging committee meetings
• ensuring correct record of meetings is kept

Alec comes from an agricultural background and he runs the family farm which is located in Northamptonshire.
