Our theme this year was "catalogue" mowers and many members brought along examples to display. The Army & Navy "Victoria" was in fact a thinly disguised Follows & Bate "Chain Tennis" and, apart from the cast iron name badge both are incredibly similar although we did spot a few minor differences. The Army & Navy was a large department store in Victoria Street, London (hence the name of the mower, perhaps) which is now part of House of Fraser.
