I am assuming may well be a 12in (based on the width of the B & D workbench!!) & 5 cutting blades?
If so it will be a Rollmo Five-Fifteen, mid 1930's approx, this model available in 10 & 12in, they named the push mowers according to the number of blades & cuts per foot, 5 blades giving 15 cuts per foot = Five-Fifteen.
Other models Six-Eighteen, Six-Twenty Four, & Eight-Thirty Two obviously gearing adjusted on some models to give the different cuts per foot.
All roller mowers had the distinctive & said to be exclusive Helical Tread on the rear roller to avoid slipping.
As to paint colour, not sure but those I have had in the past appeared to be a dark green similar to the one in this image, not sure if they had a red cutting cylinder or not, perhaps others who may have an original unrestored example could add their comments.

Hi, as Clive said welcome to the club. I'm inclined to agree and say it's an Arundel Coulthard Rollmo. I have an interest in Arundel Coulthard and have one of the large petrol mowers by them. Mine has a green cutting cylinder. I attach an ad you may find interesting.

Hi, I can add something else
Hi, I can add something else a little special to your collection if you like. I've just received this original Arundel Coulthard invoice and can send you a photocopy if you would like one. It was for mower rollers and a spindle. The cost was very high which just shows the quality of their mowers and the kind of clientele they were aiming at. Just message me through the club with an address if you'd like and I'll post the copy. Regards Sean

Possibly a Presto Rollmo made
Welcome to the club a nice mower to start off with.
Possibly a Presto Rollmo made by Arundel Coulthard, they made several different push models also motor mowers. Assume its a 10in cutting width? Will add a bit more info later.
