Engine Chain Sprocket Atco Standard 16"

Hi, I'm new to the club and have purchased a Standard 16" mower that has stood for about 15 years, the engine was seized so decided to remove it, when I removed the fan, drive chain and sprocket I noticed that the teeth on the sprocket were damaged and a couple missing altogether. I have tried to buy a sprocket but cannot find anyone who has what I want as it is 38.2mm long with a c/bore at the sprocket side and a tapered bore to mount on the shaft, can anyone tell where I can purchase on as I have ran out of places to contact now. The next best alternative is to buy a triplex sprocket and machine two rings of teeth off and machine the bore to suit

There are places that are willing to make motorcycle one off sprockets to suit any chain, so I can't see why they wouldn't make a mower exception. Talon Sprockets is one I've heard of, but not dealt with, surf the 'net and see, is my advice.

I have surfed the net for the last six or so weeks and found nothing near, all the sprockets advertised are nor the same as mine. I thought I may be able to buy a second hand one from someone rather than have friend machine a triplex sprocket which is 50mm long as he is a bit busy making sure his Showman's Traction engine is ready to run later this year. But thanks for the advice.
