Replace roller on Jp super

I have searched and been unsuccessful in locating any information on removal the roller shaft to enable replacement on my JP super, can anyone offer any advice, I was also looking to identify age, I believe the SN is 19-1-12 thanks in advance for any assistance.

That may be a part number, try looking here should be some letters & numbers, I'm sure help on other matter will come soon, if not I will flag to a JP expert.
