Someone on E Bay is selling various Ajax parts. If you type in..... Ajax Lawnmower Grassbox Arm Brackets Pair..... perhaps the seller  might have the bolts you are after? Might be worth a message to them to see if they could help you out.

This is what you are looking for I believe - this is off a Ransomes Anglia of the same era. It's quite small as you can see so it's a bit tricky to assess the correct BSW spec. However, the length is approx 5/8in and the width of the square top is approx 5/16in. The best I can do with thread size is that it's 18tpi or 20tpi which would make it either a 1/4in or 5/16 BSW. My guess given the diameter of the threaded section (7.7mm sorry!) is that it's the 5/16in.

There are several potential suppliers that can be found with a Google search. Expect to pay a pound or a bit more for each plus postage.
