Webb 24inch restoration
I am trying to "restore" a 24 inch Webb and have a few questions;
It has a Villiers engine, which I think is badged as a D15 but may very well be a 515H,
and I need to get the ignition circuit rebuilt (new condenser, points, etc) - I remember finding somewhere online about 8 years ago but I can't remember who it was!
I also need to find an exhaust - mine's fairly knackered; any pointers?
I need a banjo connection to the carburetor....
And I need an adjusting system to alter the roller height - one side is bent on mine.
Finally, I need to know where/how the tensioner attaches on the drive belt system
Oh and can anyone tell me what colour green paint I need to respray it?
If anyone can help with the foregoing I would be extremely grateful. I'd like to get it running after 8 years...!!!
Many thanks.

I forgot the questions in…
I forgot the questions in the time it took to scan the chart; but the other question was engine parts.... exhaust, etc..
Villiers and Allen scythe Parts - www.villiersparts.co.uk
Is the premier source of Villiers Parts. with honest and straightforward info. and great value.
They have helped me out most amazingly on obsolete and hard to come by Villiers Parts.
Lots of Garden Machinery companies got a skip or dug a hole in their back yard and chucked all the Villiers parts out in the 1980-1990's so its a great service in finding companies that do vintage parts.
Hi, I hope its not too…
Hi,
I hope its not too cheeky of me to ask, but are you able to remove the bolt from your clutch pully assembly and post some photos of what you have? I have the same mower with a Briggs & Stratton engine that has been bodged by someone over the years.
These are the photos from my mower:

Please let me know if I can return the favour with any part on my mower?
Best wishes,
Robert
Good Evening, The plate on…
Good Evening,
The plate on the engine is the build and Spec. and serial, and isn't the model, looks like a Villiers / JAP (they badged as either make as Villiers Bought out JAP a few years prior; I digress)
As machine a WEBB 24" engine, you are quite right in saying the 515H, bore and stroke dimensions as in any engine confirms this; the afore mentioned being 63mm bore x 47mm stroke.
