Hi all, 

I just came across two old lawn mowers that are coming up for auction next month. The first is an Acto with a two-stroke Acto Engine fitted with a Wico magneto. It's all there, and the motor turns over, but it's not a runner. 

The second is a large deck-bladed mower, with a Villiers side valve, 4 4-stroke engine. It's all there, and the motor turns over, but it's not a runner. See photos below

Does anyone know what Year/ models these are?
