Balmoral 14s engine throttle pictures

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has a picture of the throttle set up on a balmoral 14s, I have recently bought one and feel that there is something not quite right. The engine only runs smoothly on 1/2 choke the throttle control doesn't do much apart from stop the engine and the self propelled control wants me to run a 4 minute mile when activated, I have fallen in love with this mower and really would like to see it running perfectly.
