Hello Everyone,

It has been awhile since I posted or was on the site, as I let my membership lapse, but all paid up again now.

Just picked up a project for the time I am on furlough. Spotted on the grass verge whilst walking the dogs yesterday, with a sign "FREE. Just needs work to make it work." As it was still there when I returned, it got dragged back home with the dogs.

When I pull the starter, it turns over freely, but no sign of life. So got plenty to be getting on with, and will no doubt be back to look for advice. It seems complete, and even had a copy of a basic manual in the grass box. Not sure if the notes are genuine, but it seems it was originally bought in 1969.

Regards,

Christopher Hulme.

All there and pre-electronic so hopefully no hidden nasties. A useable classic for these troubled times.
