The Engine is one of the Villiers so  called "Lightweight" types, introduced from around 1963.

On the Website in the preserve section, you can find most types of Atco.

I believe its this brochure.

Possibly an Atco 24in 1954 if that tag says 24//54 ?

The numbers on the tag are indistinct but from the style of the mower it looks more like the 2464 model which is listed on our Atco Timeline page:

The model was introduced a couple of years before.
