Atco standard points.

Hi all, I have recently acquired an oval frame standard. As I expected the flywheel is slightly different from later standards however the points are entirely different and something Iv never seen before. I can see how they work but seem to open twice per revolution of the flywheel. 

Any info much appreciated.
