The New Monarch 1892

I have featured this Greens mower before but didn't supply very good photos. As the sun was out and not raining yet again I decided to take a few more detailed ones. It is interesting to note the mower size is denoted on the back of the handle badge, which actually isn't a badge but part of the structure of the handle. It is stamped on the backside of  the 'badge block'. The size of the mower is again stamped on the top side of the ingression of the sole plate along with part number. As the handles are quite long and of single plate steel there is a lot of resonance travelling up the handle as you use it. I simply love the unusual shape and wooden handle top.
