There are companies that re- rubber industrial rollers etc but I have no idea whether they would undertake a one off job or what it would cost. Bear in mind that adding to the diameter of your roller may introduce clearance issues and also increase the ground speed of the machine and affect the clip rate - cuts per yard - and quality of the finish.

if the roller is not knocked about it might be worth trying a diy job using rubber matting from a proper car trimming firm and one of the modern “ miracle” adhesives . Not much to loose if it doesn’t work other than your time and a few pounds worth of materials. I did a salvage job on a British Anzani three piece roller a few years ago, refitting it’s original rubbers . The machine had been abandoned outdoors for about ten years and corrosion had penetrated between its rubbers and its alloy rollers. The result has been fine for “ show” use but I won’t risk it for every day mowing. I’ve got some images on the seldom used PC , so I’ll have a look. They may even be lurking on the OLC archives somewhere.
