La-Crosse

A manual roller mower manufactured by Garfitts Ltd. of Sheffield. Similar to Greens Silens Messor but with ball bearings. Available in 10", 12", and 14" cutting widths. In 1930 prices were  £6/5/-, £7 and £8 respectively including grassbox. Also available with special bottom blades for close cutting.
