Budding Patent Model - Gearing & Height Adjustment

The intermediate gearing on the model is cast iron and not of the later type of spur gearing which had improved pitch angles and was machine cut.

A good view also of the height adjustment roller, as on all Budding Patent Lawnmowers, was placed between the cutting cylinder and the rear roller.
