James Ferrabee's Last Home and Lewiston Mill

According to HB Randall, James Ferrabee moved from Phoenix House in Thrupp to Edgecombe House around 1863/4.

George Wailes had taken on the lease of The Phoenix Ironworks in late 1863. James' new home was handier for visiting Lewiston Mill which it is said he personally designed, and also not far from Port Mill, Brimscombe, his main textile business centre.
