Old Bliss Mill
The dwelling house and former Bliss Mill at Chalford Industrial Estate. The late 16th/early 17th century Cotswold mullioned and drip moulded windows were once typical of the area. The Thames and Severn Canal once ran in front of this side and the Mill leet ran on the other side, as depicted in Edward Smiths 1852 watercolour "A Chalford Mill."
The building is currently the showroom for Pangolin Editions, demonstrating that high quality precision casting and artistry still exists in the "Golden Valley".
