Ewelme Valley - View to Uley and Owlpen

Parish records show John Ferrabee's ancestors lived at Owlpen and Uley. Edwin Budding worked at the short lived Uley Ironworks with Richard Clyburn. This current panorama is picture postcard Cotswold scenery, lest we forget all the vanished mills, such as Shephard's Mill, which became the Uley Ironworks on the River Ewelme below Uley.
