The Ship Inn, Brimscombe

The Thames and Severn Canal once ran past the back of this public house. Frequented by barge folk and locals, we wonder, bearing in mind the social structure of the 18th and 19th centuries if it any of the protagonists in the story of the lawnmower ever popped in here for a drink or crust.
