St Peter's Church, Frocester

Frocester is a neighbouring parish to Eastington. Some of Budding's ancestors and relatives resided in the parish. The original church dedicated to St. Peter was always remote to the village. The Chapel of Ease of St. Andrew's in the village of Frocester became the principal church for the village, with St. Peter's main body being demolished, apart from the tower and porch, in 1952. Budding would not recognise these buildings as they date from after his death.
