Model Mower in Film

Something a bit different, we have several unique lawn mowers in our museum and this model is another, now going on display. The model probably based on an Atco was used as a prop in the 2018 Film 'Strike', a film for the family, the story... A young mole must try to achieve his impossible dream of becoming a footballer in order to save his hometown gold mine from a greedy supervillain known only as 'The Boss'.

The mower features in a scene where the 'Boss' has a giant magnet and all metal items including the mower are pulled upwards (see image) if you watch the film it happens at 1hr 27mins 10secs in, don't blink you might miss it!

As there are no metal parts on the model it must have been Magic rather than Magnetism!
