Current Course of River Thrupp Near Site of Phoenix House

The current course of The River Thrupp near where Phoenix House once stood. The star on the 1938 OS map shows where the photograph is taken. The original course of the River Frome has been filled in and the present course is more or less on one of the Thrupp Mill leets.
