The Old Town Hall Stroud

Built in 1596, the Old Town Hall was once the administrative centre for Stroud. Edwin Budding would certainly have recognised this unaltered late 16th century facade, whether it be attending the local market in the "Shambles" street where the hall is situated, or visiting the parish church, perhaps attending one of the christenings of John and Hester Ferrabee's children.
