Christ Church, Chalford with Industrial Estate Behind

Edwin Budding's two daughters were baptised in Christ Church, Chalford. The large building in the distance is New Mill on the Chalford industrial estate. At one time this was part of Dangerfield's Stick factory. John Fulton Ferrabee, John Ferrabee's grandson, was a partner in a patent stick and umbrella business with Dangerfield.
