Memorial brass to Kateryn Sewell, owner of Thrupp Mill

Long before the Wathens, in the 16th century the Sewell family owned the land that Thrupp Mill was situated upon. Kateryn Sewell died in 1515 and this brass memorial to her survived the drastic church rebuild of the 1860s.
