Canal Boat Mooring Post at Bowbridge Lock

A small boat mooring post at Bowbridge lock. The minutes of the Thames and Severn Navigation's books record that between at least 1846 and 1862 Ferrabee of The Phoenix Ironworks, Thrupp supplied the canal company with castings.
