A manufacturer of lawnmowers and other items based in Guelph, Canada. The company was founded in around 1887 and relocated to premises on Queen Street in 1898. The founder died in 1901, after which the foundry and factory were taken over by Taylor-Forbes. One of the company's models was the Woodyatt.
