If you dont get an answer, the best advice I can offer is to remove the name plate as seen in the photo and pop into your nearest paint Centre, they will Scan the paint on your lawnmower part and get a near match.
Depending on the type of application you want for example aerosol, best ring a head to see if they can do this, generally mixed paint comes in a paint tin for brush painting or thining out for spray painting if you have the DIY paint sprayer.

Thankyou for your replies. I'm inclined to leave original too.
How to treat small rust areas ? Sand and touch up , is that what you mean ?
Can you recommend a sprayer as I have hand painted so far

First a bit of caution, the Whippet is not a child's mower, it is chain driven ! The Webb miniature child's mower has a rubber band drive designed to slip if little fingers are caught in the cylinder.
As to colour, probably best to get a match done at a local paint supplier, or look at Smith & Allen who can supply RAL & BS colours in tins & aerosol. The mower looks to have plenty of original paint, why not give a good clean, treat any rust areas & concentrate on getting it working efficiently & preserving the originality.
