Please would anyone have a parts diagram for early Dennis FT 510. Sorry I know it is not properly old but no longer supported by Dennis dealers, It has JP style lever adjuster for blade cassette. Many thanks

I think that you may be able to download a parts manual covering the FT 430/510 and 610,  from Dennis.

I did so a while ago . I’ve got a note that I made at the time that on early machines the rear roller sections ran directly on the shaft without bushes, but that on later ones there were replaceable bushes.

Thank you both for your help with this. My FT is a bit older going back to early’90s with exposed dog drive, 3-1/2” clutch in the earlier half round casing, and Kubota engine. I have checked with Dennis as suggested, and James in technical has kindly emailed an earlier handbook. Thankfully the seized parts seam to be freeing up ok with a little patience. Thanks again.
