Atco 1455 freewheel problems

Hi I’ve got two atco 1455s both with siezed freewheels I think (the mowers will not pull backwards in any configuration of running not running clutch in or clutch out.   Is the freewheel on the rear roller assembly.  And is there a reliable way to free them off. Kindest regards Martin.
